“After receiving the call informing about an injured student at the gym, a group of KMUTT Emergency Medical Services Volunteers standing nearby immediately ran with medical equipment to the incident area. They found the injured student lying on the ground. His right leg was found deformed with exposed white bone poking out of the shin due to the sport accident. They quickly gave first aid to stop the bleeding, provided an oxygen mask and then applied supports and splinted the broken part to prevent any unnecessary movements. The response included coordinating with Bangpakok Hospital’s advance life support team on the scene for further treatment.” This is one of the emergency operations run by a group of students under the name of “KMUTT EMS Volunteer”.
